Shipping / Delivery

Upon validation of your order, it is typically shipped within 3 to 6 days depending on the stock available in our warehouse (except for any personalized product, which may require an additional 3/5 days).

The tracking number will be communicated to you as soon as it is sent.

Packages are shipped against signature through our service provider LA POSTE / CHRONOPOST / MONDIAL RELAY or delivered to a Mondial Relay point. 

We ship orders worldwide; Sending international packages to a non-EU country is subject to the conditions of payment of customs taxes calculated according to the Common Customs Tariff (CCT) or flat-rate taxation.
